"Aisuru - How To Love by Thich Nhat Hanh" Tokyo Book Launch with Monastic Sisters from Plum Village

We celebrate the  Thich Nhat Hanh’s newly translated Japanese publication of 『愛する/How To Love)』, a best-seller published in 13 countries. We would like to offer the opportunity to discover the teaching and the daily practices of mindfulness to cultivate and nourish our true love, with two monastic sisters (nuns) from Plum Village, Thich Nhat Hanh's community in southern France.

Under the guidance of Sr. True Dedication, a British dharma teacher in the Thich Nhat Hanh linage, we will explore what true love is and how to cultivate and nourish our capacity to love oneself,  or partner, family, friends, and all.

The program includes a talk and Q&A sessions. The topic will bring clarity, compassion, and humor to the thorny question of how to love.  We will enjoy unique sessions of mindfulness practice applicable in daily life, such as Onigiri Meditation (Rice ball eating meditation !) prepared with love by the ethical & organic restaurant Daylight Kitchen.
